Visitor Notice
The Memorial Hall of the Nanjing Massacre Victims by Japanese Invaders (hereinafter referred to as "Memorial Hall") advance reservations through its WeChat official account.
1. Opening Hours: 8:30-17:30 (Last admission at 16:30). The Nanjing Museum of the Site of Liji Lane Sex Slaves Station opens at 9:00. Closed every Monday (except national statutory holidays).
2. Reservation Method: All visitors to the Memorial Hall must make real-name reservations, including minors and those eligible for preferential policies. The three exhibition halls require separate reservations. Visitors can make reservations 1-7 days in advance using valid documents. Tickets are released daily at 8:00. Valid documents include: Second-generation Resident Identity Cards, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents, passports, and the People's Republic of China Foreigner's Permanent Residence Card, etc.
3. Visiting Time Slots: Morning session: 8:30-12:30 (entry can be delayed until 13:00; the Nanjing Museum of the Site of Liji Lane Sex Slaves Station opens at 9:00). Afternoon session: 12:30-16:30 (entry can be advanced to 12:00).
4. Entry Limit: Visitors may enter the memorial hall only once on the day of their visit. Each visitor may make only one reservation per month.
5. Cancellation: If unable to visit as scheduled, the reservation must be canceled via the WeChat official account under "Memorial Hall Reservation - My - Order History". Each person can cancel once per day, with a maximum of 4 cancellations per month. Reservations for the morning session can be canceled before 13:00 on the same day; reservations for the afternoon session can be canceled before 17:30 on the same day. Failure to enter during the reserved time slot without cancellation may affect future reservations.
6. During the visit, the Nanjing National Memorial Ceremony Safeguarding Ordinance and relevant regulations of the memorial hall must be observed.

8. The Memorial Hall has not authorized any third-party institutions or individuals to provide reservation services. Behaviors that disrupt the reservation and visiting order may result in restrictions on future reservations.
Transportation Routes
1. Public Transport Routes
Metro: Take Line 2 to Yunjin Road Station, exit from Exit 2 and enter the memorial hall through Gate No. 1. During nationalstatutory holidays and peak visitor periods, exit from Exit 3 and enter through Gate No. 1.
Bus: 22 bus routes serve the area,including Nos. 7, 37, 61, 63, 9, 19, 82, 41, 48, 39, 57, 204, 161, 166, 96, 113, 552, 23, 109, D12, D4, and D7.
2. Driving Directions
Route 1: Vehicles approaching from Shuiximen Street should turn right onto the service road at the traffic light intersection of Shuiximen Street and Jiangdong Middle Road.Proceed for approximately 200 meters, then turn right to enter the memorial hall's "Three Prevails" underground parking lot.
Route 2: Vehicles approaching from Hanzhongmen Street should turn left at the traffic light intersection of Hanzhongmen Street and Jiangcha Road.Proceed for approximately300 meters, then turn right to enter the memorial hall's "Three Prevails" underground parking lot.
Route 3: Vehicles traveling southbound on Jiangdong North Road should make a U-turn at the traffic light intersection of Jiangdong North Road and Shuiximen Street.Proceed for approximately 200 meters, then turn right to enter the memorial hall's "Three Prevails" underground parking lot.
Route 4: Vehicles traveling northbound on Jiangdong Middle Road should continue straight for approximately 200 meters after passingthe traffic light intersection of Jiangdong North Road and Shuiximen Street, then turn right to enter the memorial hall's "Three Prevails" underground parking lot.
Family Services
1. Baby strollers and wheelchairs are provided free of charge.
Location: Service desks at the Historical Materials Exhibition Hall and the "Three Prevails" Exhibit Hall.
A refundable deposit of 500 yuan,a valid ID, and a contact phone number are required when borrowing.
Please return the items to the service desks before 17:00 on the same day.
2. Luggage Storage
Large luggage (wheeled suitcases) must be stored, while small items (backpacks, handbags) may be brought into the exhibition halls.
Storage fee: Charged per item at 3 yuan per piece.
Please collect your luggage from the storage area before 17:00 on the same day.
Visitor Assistance
If you have any questions or encounter an emergency, please seek assistance from the staff at the service desk, which is located at the entrance of the exhibition hall. Assistance hotline: 025-86612230. The following assistance services are available:
1. Lost and Found
If you lose an item in the exhibition hall, please promptly register at the service desk. If the item is found, we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Accidental Injury
If you feel unwell or sustain an accidental injury during your visit, please come to the service desk to obtain common medications. In case of an emergency, please inform nearby security or other staff members, who will promptly arrange emergency medical assistance.

Prohibited Items List
1. Firearms, military or police equipment (including major components), as well as replicas or imitations of such items;
2. Explosive items, including explosives, blasting materials, fireworks and firecracker products, and imitations thereof;
3. Controlled knives and tools, such as daggers, triangular knives (including triangular scrapers for machining), ethnic knives, spring knives with self-locking devices, and other similar single-edged, double-edged, or triangular blades;
4. Sharp or blunt instruments other than controlled knives, such as kitchen knives, table knives, large fruit knives, craft knives, scissors, steel (iron) files, axes, hammers, etc.;
5. Flammable and explosive items, such as alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, lighters, matches, hair spray, mousse, nail polish, hair dye, nail polish remover, etc.;
6. Hazardous substances with toxicity (e.g., mercury, highly toxic pesticides) or corrosiveness (e.g., hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid);
7. Liquid items (beverages in various soft or hard packaging may be brought into the memorial hallafter personal tasting inspection);
8. Printed or promotional materials that violate relevant laws and regulations involving political, religious, commercial, or other unauthorized promotional or display activities;
9. Any banners, placards, slogans,or flags that may disrupt the order of visitation;
10. Other items explicitly prohibited by Chinese laws and regulations that may affect visitor safety or the security of cultural relics, in addition to the items listed above.
